Air Lift Pump Systems

Low-mechanical, high-reliability pumping using compressed air for challenging solids, sediment, and specialty process environments.

How Air Lift Technology Works

  1. Compressed air is injected near the lower riser section.
  2. Air-water mixture density drops inside the tube.
  3. Hydrostatic pressure differential lifts water upward.
  4. Flow exits at discharge with minimal rotating submerged components.

This approach is ideal where abrasive media, sediment, or maintenance access constraints challenge conventional pump types.
