Roger Bason, President and Founder, has directed over twenty significant tidal energy technology projects over the past 10 years. He has developed innovative approaches for in-stream hydroelectric project systems analysis, site evaluation, component construction, field-testing, performance evaluation, marine impact analysis and permitting. Bason has served as Adjunct Professor at the School of International Public Affairs (SIPA) Center for Energy, Marine Transportation and Public Policy at Columbia University. He has served as president of the Institute for a Sustainable Future and has consulted for the New and Renewable Energy Centre (NaREC) in the UK and the UN Partnership for Small Island Developing States.

Robert Corbett, CEO comes with 17 years of experience investing in both public and privately held, emerging growth companies. More recently, Mr. Corbett has served as an advisor and investor in an a number of early stage ventures across multiple sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Corbett was a Vice President, Portfolio Manager at Columbia Management and OppenheimerFunds where he managed over $1 billion in assets. Prior to joining Oppenheimer Funds, he was responsible for emerging growth research in the energy, consumer and industrial sectors for Fortis Advisors. Mr. Corbett began his career with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter where he held numerous roles within the equity division.

Amparito Erazo, Executive VP has extensive experience in both sales and business administration. Ms. Erazo most recently was the regional manager for Wolford, where she was responsible for $20M in annual sales. Prior to that Ms. Erazo worked for divisions of Ann Taylor as well as Danskin.
