Dr. Lyatkher has completed seventeen design projects as a consultant to Natural Currents projects. Dr. Lyatkher has directed the Environmental and Clean Energy Initiative of the USSR Academy of Science. He has designed and constructed new floating hydropower and wind power systems. He has published 13 technical books, more than 200 articles and has developed over 50 related patents.
